Are you protected?
• Your belongings: when using a licensed moving company, your items are automatically insured for $.60 per pound per article at no additional cost. However, you do have an option for full value replacement protection.

How long is my move going to take?
That depends on a number of factors, including:
• what size residence or office you have (i.e. how many rooms, square footage)
• how many items you have to move
• how easy or difficult your items are to move
• the distance from your front door to the truck
• if there are stairs or an elevator
• if you are already packed and ready to move
• if we are doing any packing or unpacking
Everyone's home is furnished differently, so it's difficult to say exactly without seeing what you have. There are things you can do to cut down some of the time. The more prepared you are, the less time your move will take.

What can you do to protect my light-colored furniture?
Furniture will be wrapped with moving blankets. If you would like your items to be wrapped in plastic, you may request that we shrinkwrap your furniture for an additional charge.

What can you do to protect my carpets from dirt?
You may request carpetmask (plastic with a sticky underside) for an additional charge.
